A Jewel in Augusta's Golf Crown.

A big part of almost every job we do revolves around content. For Forest Hills Golf Club, first and foremost, that content is photography of the course. It's a tall order to translate the beauty and smart design of this Donald Ross track. Despite the rising temps and humidity (not the greatest conditions for shooting), our friend and frequent collaborator, Brent Cline, delivered an amazing array of images, perfectly capturing the charm and timelessness of Forest Hills.

Photography is so crucial to marketing, especially when you’re trying to tell the story of something as classic and naturally gorgeous as Forest Hills. We had to shoot it really early and really late, but, damn, Brent Cline is the man.

Shooting for Social aka Doin' it for the 'gram.

While professional photography is the jam, there is a lot you can get done on your phone. Shooting for social is less about perfection and more about tone. It's about point of view and authenticity, which can be helped by having a little less polish on the shot.

Creating Intrigue.

Often, the shots we need aren't encyclopedic. A lot of what we want to communicate is emotional and nothing does that quite like the right photo. It's the whole picture-is-worth-a-thousand-words thing.
