VeryTasty

While Vera Stewart, (of the VeryVera Show, VERA Hospitality and VeryVera Camp) has been a W/S client since the very beginning, it wasn't until early this year that the social team was presented with the opportunity to manage her social platforms. Through refreshed graphics, optimal feed photography, and utilization of industry features, we set out to help Vera stand out on social.

Phone Eats First

Our overall goal with Vera's feed? Simple. Transform it into a space that not only shows but promotes her recipes through high quality and 'like worthy' food photography. The dishes speak for themselves, which makes it easy to capture (and difficult to resist).

The Queen of Hospitality

It's not every day one of your clients is featured in Southern Living Magazine, let alone the 'best of the best in the south' issue. We couldn't miss the opportunity to re-create the photo of Vera from the Southern Living column "In Her Shoes" of her holding the magazine in hand.

On The Reel

Quick, entertaining and informative, Instagram's Reels are about as much fun to make as they are to watch. We incorporated these bursts of video content as a way to supplement step by step recipe tutorials in a more digestible way.

"The social media team at W/S brings the creativity to showcase the layers that have represented our brand for years. The ENERGY is there with content, photography, videography and a close partnership. Managing all three platforms for us is handled at the highest level."

Coming To An IGTV Near You

Since 2012, the VeryVera Show has been entertaining fans in over 30 television markets across the country. Because of its success, we knew we needed to find a way to make the episodes accessible to her followers. We began posting teasers of the show to the IGTV feature to coincide with the recipes that are highlighted on each week's episode.

It Takes Two To Make A Thing Go Right

Social is the best place to share the love and with partnerships and sponsors like Tony Chachere's, Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove, Okra Magazine and Lodge Cast Iron (just to name a few,) the opportunity was there. We began initiating and fostering partner relationships through giveaways, crossover promotional content, and social takeovers. We even had a chance to channel our inner mixologist for a video promoting a few products from Tony Chachere's.

"Working with Vera's team to plan and capture social content has provided us the opportunity to take advantage of and express peak social creativity in a way that represents her brand and speaks to her audience. It also doesn't hurt that the content is that of a five star restaurant. "
